Leegate Consulting is a workforce development consulting firm that helps organizations improve economic mobility and strengthen talent pipelines through strategic planning, research and writing, and facilitation. Our team of consultants bring deep expertise in Registered Apprenticeship, sector partnerships, WIOA funding systems, and grant and contract compliance to help our clients navigate complexity in a rapidly changing environment with confidence.
We work directly with training providers, policy leaders, industry associations, higher education, and other community-based organizations to produce research, technical assistance, and strategic support needed to move initiatives forward.
