ABOUT ME
Welcome!
Kimberly Hauge is a workforce policy leader with over a decade of experience bridging education, workforce, and economic policy. Most recently at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship, she led national initiatives like National Apprenticeship Week and the Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Sprint, which launched nearly 200 new programs and created more than 7,000 apprenticeship opportunities.
Previously, Kimberly served as a senior policy analyst at the National Governors Association, supporting governors on workforce and economic opportunity initiatives, and as a program officer at Johns Hopkins’ American-German Institute, where she led international exchanges on apprenticeship models. She began her career as an education consultant at the OECD in Paris.
An experienced facilitator and policy communicator, Kimberly has presented on national platforms including the SelectUSA Investment Summit, NICE Conference & Expo, WiCys Annual Conference, and the ACT Workforce Summit.
